About the Institute

The institute JABF is established in the year 2022 under the aegis of Jainx Financial Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd, as an extension L&D wing for undertaking, training, education, and consultancy in the field of Banking, Entrepreneurship and Financial Management. Its mandate is to play a proactive and developmental role in leading the banking system to a great height with the association of its veteran bankers with proven track records. The JABF is part of the nation’s grand vision of giving a new direction to the banking industry and making the industry as an able partner in the process of national development. Any institution has an ambition of making their organisation a competitive setup through their well skilled human resources to which banks and financial institution has no exception. Therefore, in this endeavour the institute shall play as a catalyst in developing its work force. The Institute is setup with an objective of engaging its members in the field of imparting Training to employees, developing a continuous channel of educating customers, entrepreneurs and prospects and provides Consulting support to the banking and financial sector. As an institution of learning, it is well-equipped to train employees and executives to function in a multi-cultural and diversified work environment. By providing interdisciplinary modules of theory and practical learning, participants are equipped to become masters in problem-solving. The Institute is located at Bangalore with sufficient logistic to conduct training through virtual, traditional and hybrid mode.

Mentoring Entrepreneurs:

It is ‘a dyadic relationship between our experienced members of the Institutes with entrepreneurs which helps in building ‘a relationship which gives people the opportunity to share their professional and personal skills and experiences, and to grow and develop in the processes. In this process we ensure caring, sharing, and encouraging relationship with a focus on the enhancement of the mentee’s growth and skill development. The JABF shall allot a mentor/Educator for each entrepreneur bases on their needs. The need assessment for the entrepreneurs shall be done through several diagnostic tools framed by the academy and shall be imparted through very cost-effective manner.

Objective:

JABF is the L&D unit of Jainx Financial Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd and engaged in following activities
1. Providing Training to the employees of the Bank, NBFCs and other financial institutions starting from new joinees to the senior executives.
2. Providing Entrepreneurial Educations to the young college pass outs and unemployed youths those who are evincing interest in undertaking various enterprises for their self-employment as well as providing employment.
3. Providing mentoring Services to the existing entrepreneurs,
4. Conducting seminars on Banking and Finance for the existing entrepreneurs.
5. Panel discussion on various banking related issues for the existing entrepreneurs.
6. Providing Financial literacy on various Banking related issues to the students, employees of the various organisations, House hold ladies etc

Course Fees:

To be customised as per the requirement of the financial institutions. No fees be levied for Entrepreneur Development Programmes.

Conducting of the programme:

All the programmes shall be conducted through online platform using ZOOM App or through off line mode as per need of the organisation. The participants except webnairs/Seminars/Pannel Discussion be mailed with following materials at their e-mail address well before the commencement of the programme:
I. The Rationale, objective, Contents, Session Plan (Every day 5 sessions of 1 hour each will be held commencing from 10AM to 5.30 PM with usual break for tea and Lunch)
II. Study materials, cases, assignments will be mailed before commencement of the programme.
III. All the participants shall be provided with certificate on successful competition of the course and passing of exit level test.

Target Group:

The target group be identified by the nominating organisation. Minimum group to be nominated is 25 and maximum of 40.
